Using a lint free rag, wipe the oil off the valve body mounting surface. 2. Install the O-ring provided in the groove of the transmission filter extender. 3. After determining which length bolts are necessary for your transmission, install the bolts through the provided washers. 4. Using a 5 32” Allen Wrench, tighten the bolts. 5. Torque the bolts to a maximum of 14 inch pounds. 6. Install transmission pan and fluid. Note: Be careful when removing because the filter will still have fluid inside.
