Description: Blood Red, starring Eric Roberts (The Dark Knight), Dennis Hopper (Easy Rider), and Giancarlo Giannini (Casino Royale) is a tale of honor and revenge set against the rolling hills and lush landscapes of California's wine country where the Collogero's, Sicilian immigrants, own and operate the family vineyard. When confronted by railroad magnate William Bradford Berrigan (Hopper), a man hell bent on taking control of their vineyard and the surrounding land, with plans to push through a new railroad, conflict soon turns to murder. Marco Collogero (Roberts), seeking revenge for the death of his father, rallies his family and the local landowners to take up arms against Berrigan to preserve the land in what may very well be a fight to the death. Directed by Peter Masterson (The Trip To Bountiful), Blood Red features a cameo appearance by a young Julia Roberts (Pretty Woman).
