The PetSafe Pawz Away Extra Receiver Collar works with the PetSafe Pawz Away Outdoor Pet Barrier or the PetSafe Pawz Away Indoor Pet Barrier. The PetSafe Pawz Away Receiver dog Collar is lightweight, waterproof and uses a progressive correction to train your pet. If your pet approaches an "off limits" area, will receive a mild stimulation. This stimulation will increase until your pet backs away from the area. If your dog returns to the forbidden area, the collar will correct him again, beginning at the lowest level. Your pet will soon associate this feeling with the prohibited area and stay away. This collar works for dogs and cats, but will be more comfortable for cats with the optional cat collar strap. The cat collar strap has an elastic section designed to let cats escape if the collar gets caught on a branch, fence, or ledge. Simply remove the receiver unit from the receiver collar and place it on the new collar strap. The strap will work for cats with necks up to 11½ inches. The PetSafe Pawz Away Receiver Collar will allow you to control multiple pets on one system. You can spend more time playing and less time training with the PetSafe.
