Brand new, manufactured within the last 90 days, not old stock. This tire is not difficult to replace. A few small hand tools is all you need. Your old tire is more than likely a gooey mess! The gooey rubber can be removed with isopropyl alcohol, rag, Q Tips and a small screwdriver. I would recommend wearing disposable gloves. If you get the gooey mess on your clothes or hands it can be a chore to remove! Believe me, been there, done that! Once the plastic wheel is clean installing the new rubber tire is easy. Be sure to also clean the motor and the platter. More than likely you will find gooey rubber there also. We use this exact tire in our service dept and works very well. Any questions?
