His research interests include optoelectronic engineering, cyberspace security, and artificial intelligence. Yihua Hu received his Ph.D. from the Anhui Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 1997. He is currently a full professor at the State Key Laboratory of Pulsed Power Laser Technology, National University of Defense Technology, China. His research focuses on laser precise detection, covering the characterization and modeling of modulated laser echoes, 3D structure detection, recessive characteristics detection, and precise imaging.
