Description: LONG WAVE UV Wonderful Pink and white Chalcedony that was part of a limb cast specimen (petrified wood). Translucent and it fluoresces somewhat under long wave UV light. This one does not show any preservation details of the original wood since its a broken chunk from a larger specimen, but the pink colored Chalcedony is very attractive. The fluorescence (weak) requires long wave UV light. Fairly rare material. Beautiful and interesting specimen which would be an excellent collection piece.
