Description: . ——Description of This Auction—— This auction is for two hardback collections of the DC Wildstorm Comics series "Planetary" by Warren Ellis and John Cassaday. Details: PLANETARY VOLUME 2 -- The reason I call this "Very Good" condition instead of "Like New" is because the mostly black dustjacket shows some shelfwear "rubbing" and has some impressions at the corners of the dustjacket (especially at the top left corner -- see close-up photo above), plus a couple of color-breaking white marks on the back near the spine. Not a disaster, but just be aware the dustjacket has some minor flaws. UPC number 761941229171, original retail list price $24.95. Oddly, there is no printing history on the title page. I assume that means this is a First Printing, but there is no way to be sure! PLANETARY VOLUME 3 -- The flaws that make this copy "Very Good" instead of "Like New" are much more minor than those on the other book (most sellers would go ahead and call this one "Like New," but I'm picky). There's a small scuff at top right on the dustjacket, which also has some very minor corner impressions.
