This house is the white side with "turquoise roof & trim." One of the most desirable color combinations and "hard-to-find" kits. I consider this kit to be mint - "new-old-stock" - with factory sealed small parts. The box is correctly marked - "green" and is in decent shape - with instruction sheet. This is a hard-to-find color version for this 1 1/2 story rancher.This house is a 1956 release color version and 2nd box style used in the 1950's. The original instruction sheet is also included. A very nice collector's piece! The plastic parts to this item are ALL original from the 1956 release issue. I continue to purchase vintage Plasticville collections with many items in their original boxes.
