In fact, some of the small parts are still attached to the factory sprues. Additionally, when packaged extra chimneys were packaged for both shacks. The plastic parts are in "like-new" condition. The box, however, is only in "good" condition for it shows wear and possible water or dampness damage at one time - see photos. Still, a nice kit for the collection.
