It's in Good condition; it has moderate wear, a name is written in ink on the inside front cover, and there's a small tear at the bottom of the back cover, but the inside is in good shape. I am massively downsizing my personal D&D collection to fit into a new house, so you'll be seeing me listing loads of stuff over the next month or so. Lots of great material in excellent shape. Given how rare it is to find this complete, I'm happy to call this a solid collector's copy.
