One of the ways to tell a USA manufactured pack from a Belgium pack is the long crimp that these packs have. You'll notice that no USA made Neo Discovery packs have these long crimps. The packs themselves are also labeled with "Made in Belgium", so that is the easiest way to distinguish between the 2 types. These packs are quite rare. We have contacted a few major Pokemon card retailers and no one was able to give us a straight answer as to how the packs came to be manufactured. The only reasonable explanation would be that during the time of manufacturing (2001) Wizards of the Coast could not keep up with demand and outsourced English cards to another printer; Belgium in this case. The booster box that this pack came from was shipped to a U.S. Pokémon card retailer from Wizards of the Coast, which is another confirmation that these cards were made for the U.S. market. We have the booster box that this pack came from and the box also has English text with "Made in Belgium" present on the box. Shipping for this pack is $9.99 and will be shipped using an expedited shipping method.
