This Card was part of a Generation 2 small promotion if a Betty Crocker/Nintendo Pokémon collaboration. There is really no data or pictures until now of you do a reverse google search. Multiple of the other cards in different sets have surfaced but the Lugia was supposedly the main extremely rare chase in this set. It is an authentic card that I have verified and had other check and is part of a very niche set in the 2000’s So if any Lugia Fans need to finish there collection feel free to message me and ask about the card.
