Polaris Ranger UTV Lock And Ride Type Bed Expansion Anchor Point Mount Tie Down

Description: Thanks for looking at my item. This is a Lock and ride type expansion anchor point with an eye. This listing is for one(1) anchor. All metal components are stainless steel unlike others on the market. They mount in your Polaris Ranger's 1-7/16" diameter bed hole. These expanding anchors fit tight and allow you to have tie down points without attaching something different permanently. If you don't want to leave them installed, you can easily remove them and keep them in the glove box. No tools are required for installation! All you have to do is place the anchor in the hole and turn the eye until the anchor is snug. It is that simple. Removal is just as easy. As you can see in the last picture, the anchor only sticks up one inch from the top rail of the bed. This is not a bulky zinc played eye bolt but it does have a lifting load limit of 400 pounds. When mounted, these anchors do not make any noise while traveling on any terrain. They are totally quiet. The large, two inch washer prevents mud and dirt from entering the hole of the bed. These anchors are great for using bungee cords and/or similar tie downs to keep your gear secure. As you can see in the pictures, I have them on my ranger. I have used them for a while now and decided to sell them after many people have asked me to make them some. They are great for securing many things that fit in the bed using bungee cords.
