Description: Police/Security/Military soft body armor and carrier. Level II carrier and 2 panels. Never worn. Manufactured in April of 2016. Per an internet search, the panels are rated to stop 9mm and .357 magnum rounds from short barrels. This is not rated to stop any rifle rounds. The purchaser agrees that the seller is not responsible for injury or death to the purchaser or third party. Any and all injury or death, whether or not while this vest is worn, is not at the fault of the seller. Nor is the seller criminally or civilly responsible for any use or misuse of this product. The purchaser agrees to use this in lawful activities and is worn in a safe manner. The purchaser agrees that they are buying a product INTENDED to POTENTIALLY stop firearm rounds, and it is not AT ALL intended to prevent puncture or blunt impact injury or death. The purchaser agrees and understands to abide by all manufacturer warnings. This includes, but is not limited to: expiry date(s), method of use, activities engaged in, and any and all warnings associated with Galls or Point Blank and the warnings in this description. If you agree to all that, please read on. I purchased this product in mid 2016 as a “back-up” to my primary body armor. It’s never been worn, except to try it on for fit. It is in excellent condition and has never been exposed to sweat, the outdoor elements, or other degrading situations. I can, with full confidence say that this is a “like new” product. However, I cannot state this will function, as I am not the manufacturer. The purchaser must do his or her own research to determine this product’s capabilities, or lack thereof. I cannot state that this product will prevent injury or death and the purchaser must not assume such. I retired from Law Enforcement in 2019 in good standing. I reserve the right to ask for military, police or security identification to protect myself and others. I will ship this to any United States Citizen currently in the United States of America.
