I always suggest sizing this to a pair of pants that you already like the fit of. This is new with tags, as you can see above and was bought at Macys. I couldn't find the model when I searched it, so it's probably discontinued and/or sold out. The only negative on it is there is some wrinkling from being in the closet. I tried to steam it and it helped, but I didn't want to do anything beyond that. Just keep that in mind. This is a nice light material. It has a heather look to the material when you look at it up close. The color is a cream/off white type of color. I hope it finds someone who enjoys it.
