No refund will be provided if Tenant cancels this transaction. Payment means that you agree to the following terms and conditions for this rental. 1. The Tenant agrees to rent the Unit from the Landlord and the Landlord agrees to lease the Unit to the Tenant. 2. The Tenant may use the Unit during the term without interference subject to the terms of this Lease. If the Unit is not habitable on the day that the term starts by reason of flood, fire, storm or any other reason, the Landlord shall refund the rent forthwith and will thereafter have no further liability to Tenant. 3. The Tenant may use the Unit only in accordance with the rules and regulations of the resort in which the Unit is located. No pets are allowed unless permitted by the resort. 4. The Tenant will pay for telephone calls from the Unit (if available), any housekeeping services for which there is an additional charge, and any other extra charges (except utilities) imposed by the resort for services or for the use of its facilities. 5. The Tenant agrees to maintain the Unit in the same condition as it is at the start of the Lease term except for ordinary wear and tear. The Tenant will pay for all repairs, replacements and damages caused by the act or neglect of the Tenant, the Tenant’s household members or guests. If requested at time of registration, Tenant will sign a credit card charge slip to secure payment for any such repairs, replacements or damages. If required, Landlord will deduct any payment due from security deposit. 6. Upon receipt of the full rent payment, the Landlord will notify the resort manager that Tenant will be occupying the Unit during the stated term. If the person checking into the unit is different than the tenant, then tenant shall notify landlord prior to making final payment. Landlord will provide Tenant with resort confirmation letter with guest name as specified in this agreement. Guest checking into the unit must be 21 years of age or older. 7. The Landlord is not responsible for any inconvenience or interruption of services due to repairs, improvements or for any other reason beyond the Landlord’s control. 8. The Tenant may not sublease the Unit or assign this lease without the Landlord’s prior written consent. 9. The pictures in this listing are representative of the unit type. The actual unit number and unit’s location in the resort are selected by the resort at check-in.
