The laptop battery is ok but the power cord needs to be connected at all times. Sometimes the OBD2 won’t auto detect the vehicle all you have to do is disconnect and reconnect the OBD2 Connector and it auto detects the vehicle after that. NO RETURNS. We can make a video of the tool and send it to you. Excellent tool. This is not an ONLINE VERSION. We have this tool at our other stores for much cheaper price. In August 23rd we did a 2022 Porsche TAYCAN, worked like a charm. Thank you
