Description: The Norwegian porcelain factory Porsgrund has released Christmas plates every year since 1968. The first Porsgrund Christmas plate was actually released back in 1909, but it was not until 1968 the idea was resumed. The Porsgrund Factory was founded in 1885 and has been delivering high quality china to the world including the Royal Families that have reigned in Norway since its independence in 1905.
