It is still 100% usable and velcro has been cleaned as well as the unit sanitized before shipping. Will ship as the unit itself as it is sturdy and light. Will be wrapped for protection and as shown in pictures Ive taped over the velcro to prevent any debris from getting on it. Great deal as they usually are around $300.
