Orders will be shipped in the order they are purchased. We can't send refunds or new eggs for USPS delays as we have 0 control over this. Sorry for that but buyer assumes all risk including the chance of low hatch ratewhen purchasing as many things during shipment and incubation can play a factor in low rates. No returns or cancelations accepted as eggs have a shelf life. If eggs are damaged during shipments please send pictures immediately upon recieving the package or opening and seeing damaged eggs. When possible I do try to send at least 1 extra egg, sometimes more. This is a bonus and not a guarantee. We have the highest quality birds from multiple genetic lines. Fertility rates are checked before the first shipments are made. Orders will be shipped in the order they are purchased.
