Description: One of a KindChristmas / Winter Folk Art Santa Doll ~ Pattern by Sweet Meadows Farm ~ This sweet Santa will look so very charming hanging on a favorite door or wall this Winter season. :) He's approximately 17" tall from the top of his hat to the bottom of his painted boots. ~ Please refer to the last photo in which Santa is photographed with a Sharpie pen to show scale ~ He was created from osnaburg muslin and hand-painted. Santa hangs by a sturdy threaded loop at his back. His eyes are embroidered and are accented with tiny silver twinkles. His nose is pinch-stitched. His beard, mustachio, and eyebrows are curly wool stitched and needle-felted in place. His outfit is trimmed in Warm & Natural cotton batting that has been grubbied up a little bit with rust dust from the jingle bells which are stitched down his front. The hat is painted osnaburg and is glued and stitched in place with a rusty jingle bell stitched at the tip. Santa carries an old wooden star ornament over his left shoulder. A small Gingerbread boy and handmade felt stocking are stitched to his body. Santa is signed and dated.
