Marked Ely's Dandy and looks to be some sort of cutting or digging tool. Old handle is broken off & is being sold for parts. This item is very old and has seen it's fair share of use, color is now rust. The head is still usable, I have not cleaned or tried to do any restoration, perfect primitive rustic country decorating piece with original patina.
