Description: PRO-WOMAN hanging sign feminist Kenneth Groom vtg 1980 radical pop-art plaque This is a previously-owned hanging wall-sign created by Kenneth Groom in 1980 for Art 101 (Atlanta, Georgia). The piece – laminated and finished against a hard particle-board -- measures approximately 23 inches by 8 inches and shows very little wear. It was designed by graphic-artist Kenneth Groom and features a heavy rope-loop in the back for hanging purposes. Of note: the piece starts out with the sentence There is a woman at the beginning of all great things and ends with Never send a boy to do a mans job, send a woman.
