Description: Vintage 1950's PROCTOR Steam/Dry Iron (Model # 10710) Still Works (#S7587) This is USED, but still works great. The bottom will need to be cleaned and there is also a small scratch/rust spot on one side (see photos).This Iron is marked PROCTOR only, possibly before the merge with the Silex Company in 1960, so that is why we are saying this is from the 1950's.The iron was plugged in and it did get hot, but we did not try to iron anything. The settings are marked on the top, which consist of: OFF, LOW, SYN., STM., WOOL, COT., LIN. and HI.Under the handle there is a small red switch for either: DRY or STM.This is for A.C. Only, 115 Volts and 1100 Watts.It has a chrome and black body with a black with white spots cloth cord.The approximate size is: 8 1/2" Long x 4 3/4" Wide x 4 3/4" High.
