Description: Offered for auction is this prospectus of the College of Pharmacy of the City of New York - University of the State of New York, 1893 - 1894. This is a wonderful little booklet. Starts off with 7 pages of floor plans. Then a calendar for 1893, 1894 and 1895. Then the Officers & Trustees and then the Faculty. Next comes the College Calendar and then the Announcement of the Session of 1893 - 1894. In the back are 16 pages of drug advertising. This booklet has 67 pages plus the drug pages in the back. Complete and intact and held together with 2 staples with the exception of the front and back covers, which were separated from the other pages and they have been reattached with some archival document repair tape. The front and back covers have some soiling / discoloration and staining. Front has some writing in pen along the left hand side. Most of the inside pages are clean with some discoloration from aging. About the last 8 pages have some staining on the bottom corners. A few inside pages have a small tear or two on the bottom edge. But pretty good condition overall for 131 years old!! Measures: 8.7" x 5.75".
