I print these with the absolute Highest Quality settings.I'm using the published PRUSA MK4 part files to print these; but there have been several advances in slicer technology that I leverage over the Prusa Factory parts. My parts use 4 walls (instead of 2), I use a 30% infill (instead of 15%), the infill is also gyroid instead of rectilinear which makes it stronger from all angles; and less prone to compression; I'm also slicing them taking advantage of Arachne engine, and pressure equalizer. The bottom line is these are the best quality parts you'll find, even better than the printed parts you'd get in a new printer from Prusa. You may be thinking... I don't care what this guy says; I'm sure there is no way that prusa's own parts wouldn't be better than the parts some guy on ebay is selling... I point you to exhibit A)This is a stock Prusa factory part with 2 walls (on the left); you can see the part close to the extruder melted after several months of usage; Prusa is also still just a business that attempts to print their parts adequately; but doesn't necessarily go above and beyond with trying to make the parts as strong as possible; for reference, my produced parts use about 20% more PETG by weight, and filament isn't free, Prusa Official parts are good, but there is room to deliver a slightly higher quality part than even the factory produced parts. I have used both to build and rebuild my own Prusa i3s and I prefer to USE my own parts and know they work excellent for the MK3S+ and will for the MK4 as well. The Prusa Orange Variant will use 100% Prusa Prusament; The other color variations may use Prusament or other high quality PETG vendors.
