This fee covers the cost to build controllers, each controller is customized for customers and can no longer resell after returns. Controllers are tested twice to ensure that they meet the standards that are set by our team.However, we understand that there are instances where controllers may have issues related to installation and we will honor our returns policy and waive the return fee. Controllers that returned due to customers no longer wanting that particular controller ordered. Will be subjected to a restocking fee of 20% and the customer is responsible for return labels. If the controller is not modified there is a 15% Restocking fee, Customers must return all items that were shipped in new or good condition. Controllers returned with damage and or missing items are subjected to a 25% restock fee.
