You are looking at a PSA 8 German Tropical Tidal Wave (036) from the English Set - Nintendo Black Star Promos. This card was given out at the 2006 Pokemon World Championships to Competitors and Judges. PSA 8 is considered to be NEAR-MINT to MINT. The slab has been put into a perfect fit sleeve for protection against nicks and scratches. (Please Note - You will not be getting the stand that the card is displayed on.) I am the original owner of this graded card as I personally submitted this card. Additionally if for any reason you do not agree with the grade, this is something that should be taken up with PSA via their customer service as they are the ones who issued the grade, not myself.
