The warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties or improper use. Pure X® reserves the right to void this warranty if there is evidence of abuse or mishandling. Under this warranty, any qualifying Pure X® Cue will be repaired or replaced with the same model or a model of equal value at no charge, as long as you provide the original sales receipt from an authorized Pure X® dealer. Please be aware that this warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to purchases made from unauthorized sellers.
