This fan is perfect for pulling hot air out of a small space and drawing in cool air from the outside. I got this fan for the CFMs and thermostat for controlling fan speed, but the app is definitely an added bonus to control the thermostat. It's been running non stop, floating between high and low speed, for several weeks without issue. Highly recommend. The only caveat is to ensure you mount securely, otherwise it will rattle.
