FABRIC: Created by Northcott's newest talent and guest designer, Sumit Gill, Avalon is truly enchanting like it's namesake. The exquisite 36-1/2" x 43-1/2" tryptic panel featured in Avalon is ideal as a dramatic wall-hanging or center piece for a quilt. The panel can be used as is or deconstructed to create something new. Delicately detailed, multi-directional flora, foliage, and fauna, combined with contrasting geometrics are offered in rich luxurious shades of plum, green, cream and navy. The beautiful border stripe provides the perfect frame to finish your quilt. A selection of coordinating Toscana and Colorworks completes the collection. 100% cotton fabric. Machine wash cold water, tumble dry cool, do not bleach, iron on back if necessary. Fabrics printed in Korea. The overall finished size of this throw quilt as shown in picture 1 is 38" x 51". The kit contains a purchased copy of the Paradise Window pattern and instructions designed by Sara Lister of Ladeebug Design along with enough fabric to complete the quilt top and edge binding as shown in picture 1. BACKING FABRIC AND BATTING WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY. Printed fabrics in this kit are from the Avalon, Toscana and Premium Solids collections by Northcott. Pictures 2 thru 7 show the pattern and fabrics included in this kit. There are no substitutions in this kit! Skill Level: Confident Beginner (precise cutting and multi-block construction) The pattern recommends 1-2/3 yards of fabric for your backing along with a 46" x 59" piece of batting.
