Description: For your consideration is a Ralph Lauren Blue Polo Label tartan bath towel in good vintage preowned condition with some flaws. This towel is made from 100% cotton in the U.S.A. (Ralph Lauren stopped manufacturing in the US in the late 1980's/early 1990's.) The towel has some wash wear pilling on the selvages on the ends - see photo 6. This is only noticeable upon close inspection. The sides of the towel are frayed, but the fraying is consistent and almost looks like it is intentional although I don't think it is. The fraying appears uniform and it didn't seem to get worse after washing and drying - see photos 7, 8 and 9. There is a pull on the towel as shown in photo 10 up close and photo 11 at a bit of a distance. This is not that noticeable with the busy pattern. The nap of the towel looks good considering its age. The towel measures approximately 27 in x 50 in. I have been unable to find another Ralph Lauren tartan towel in this colorway. Even though this towel has some imperfections, it is still great looking and has lots of life left in it. Thanks for looking!
