Description: This rare 1900s Cameron & Cameron *Finest Grade Canuck Cut Plug " litho, hinged, domed, humidor tobacco tin, measuring 4 1/2" x 7" x 5 1/4", is in fair condition with a couple of small dents, some minor superficial interior rust and some age related paint scratches, chips and discoloration. The hinge, latch and dome ring are in tact. This attractive white tin was made by S. A. Ilsley & Company, Brooklyn, NY. It features an intricate gold and orange motif throughout. The tobacco was manufactured by the Cameron & Cameron Tobacco Company, Richmond, VA in Factory 4, 2nd District VA. Canuck Cut Plug was one of the company's first tobacco products.
