It was printed and copyrighted by Press of Knight-Counihan. Since the bridge construction didn't start until January 5, 1933, this was produced before much work had been done on it. The brochure contains 21 pages with black and white photos and illustrations to accompany the text. It describes the history leading up to construction, detailed characteristics of the bridge and information on the primary promoters, directors, officers and engineers on the project.
