RARE 1982 Westheimer Colony Art Festival Poster Clown Big Top Bayou City

Description: Westheimer Colony Art Festival Rare 1982 poster from the Westheimer Colony Art Festival which is now called the Bayou City Art Festival. Poster measures approx 20" x 26". Please see photos. There is a magnet holding the poster in place while taking a photos so I moved it so that is why there are two front photos. Condition is good for age. Normal age discoloration as expected. Dusty from storage. Please see markings. At the top near the right there looks to be an ink line. There is some spots, looks like a water spot, also dust / dirt spots in the white region with the wording. Use the enlarge feature to see close up. No holes or tears seen at the time of listing. Item will be shipped rolled in a tube. I've only been able to find 2 of these sold. One in 2021 and one in 2017. No other listings when searching.
