Description: RARE American Optical Polaroid Ivory Sand Womens Sportglas Sunglasses, appr 1946I have included in the pictures, advertisements from the late 1940's showing the Men's and Women's designs.These are shortly after WW II. The Advertisements show the original price to be $1.69.The men's glasses have been displayed in MOMA, Museum of Modern Art. Unfortunately the left lens appears to have had a sticker that distorted the lens. I tried to show this in the blowup of the lens, but unfortunately the distortion couldn't be picked up by my camera.I have no idea of the true value,, but undamaged I would guess $400-500.In this condition I am asking for the buyer to determine it's worth and send an offer. I am retired and buy at estate sales.
