Description: Antique English Polychrome Delft Faience Delftware Plate. This is an unusual and rare plate dating to the mid 18th century. It came from the estate of a collector of English delftware and he identifies it on a notecard as such. The plate is 8.75” in diameter and handpainted in pastel polychrome colors as shown. There is an old rim repair as seen in the pictures. Other than that and a few old rim chips it is in good shape and looks great on display.
