RARE Antique Handpainted Von SCHIERHOLZ DRESDEN PORCELAIN CHERUB Lamp~~Excellent

Description: These gorgeous, cherubs are surrounded by colourful flowers. Amazing for their age. There are no breaks, restoration done, chips or crazing. They have wonderful colouring in their rosy cheeks and so much detail from their eyes, their curls to their little toes. There appears to be a small chip on the rose in the front. The piece is actually there, but it is white. It may have been missed during the hand painting process. Two other tiny flowers look chipped as well, but they are actually folded petals because every side is painted. There are no missing pieces that I could see. They have been photographed and is being offered as is. The lamp is in working order. This is a very old piece that has been very well taken care of and much enjoyed. It is time for these little boys to find a new home. The lamp is in working condition and comes with a cream coloured crepe-like shade in a scalloped shape. During our ownership it has only been used for decorative purposes only. ~~~Handmalerei is German for hand painted~~~ This is a tall piece and a great piece of art. It is 30" high with the shade. The porcelain portion measures 6.5" wide and 14.5" high This fine piece comes from a very clean and non smoking home. The pictures provided are a part of the description.
