Description: A rare antique Mauchline Ware house shaped trinket box on 4 turned supports standing 3.15 in (80 mm) high on a base measuring approximately 4 in (100 mm) x 3.35 in (85 mm).The roof has a pictorial scene of ' The Links Burntisland ' on one side and ' Britannia Terrace, Saltburn ' on the other.It has an ornate brass clasp and the lid opens on two strong brass hinges.It is in very good clean condition with noreal damge with just a small patch of wear to te interior lining commensurate with age and use.A lovely quality box which would make a great addition to anyones collection, display or for use etc..........
