Very rare item because such handcrafts are made only in limited numbers those days and who knows how many of these are preserved till this day and where. In certain parts of the world unfortunately such folk art handcrafts or magnificent historical heritage are not given the extreme care they deserve until some people who can recognize such value find such pieces and get them out from their dark rooms. For this particular reason many of such precious items might have ended in terrible conditions in some garbage. Item sourced from Istanbul. Circa 1945. Almost an antique, and an exquisite piece of art.
