Description: Hertwig Antique German Snow Baby in igloo with Santa and his pack of toys on the "rooftop". Stamped "Germany" in light blue ink on the bottom of the piece. The igloo and snow baby are finished with snow texture. Rare in that this is one of only three designs with Santa involved with actually snowed babies. Referenced in Mary Morrison's "Big Book of Snow Babies", Pic 13.75c, page 145. Figurine is approximately 2 3/8" tall x 1 7/8" wide x 1" deep. Item is previously owned and is in good condition. There is minor wear on the red paint on Santa's coat and cap. Please see all of the photos as they are a part of the description. Item comes from a smoke free, pet free, home.
