Description: Rare Leather Cased Image of Improved Order of Red Men Photo Cabinet Card Standard size 4.25" x 6" cabinet card of 3 unidentified women in full Native American Indian dress including head dresses, fringe and moccasins. All three women are striking a pose with arms folded. No markings on card. Image is housed in an unusual 19th Century double folding leather frame with the original oval wavy glass panel. The glass has a brass bezel and there is also a working brass catch. The interior of the case is lined with green silk and the exterior is covered with brown leather.
