Description: RARE POST WAR LIONEL GIRLS Train Set 1587S Restored Please See Pictures. The engine and caboose have been repainted. You can see the diecasting flaws and paint filling voids too thick to be factory. The caboose was not done correctly and again paint is too thick and covering the details. Also they used decals and not transfer. The caboose is the only piece I would replace to match the set. The tender looks real good if it was repainted and I can not tell. The other cars are are fine and probably original not messed with. The gondola is missing one canister. Engine tested and runs very smooth forwards and reverse.
