Description: Sealed and like new Northern Mirkwood The Wood-Elves Realm. Honestly this looks like it could be sitting on a gameshop shelf today. I will not call near-mint but please see all the detailed pictures to make your own decision. This book is as a beautiful example as you will find for any copy of this. Any other books I have looked at for comparison fail to even be this nice. And as a rare treat this is sealed, which I haven't found anywhere else right now. The top rightside shrink has split, however, all other shrink is intact. Please see all pictures. There is a hole in the backside shrink but honestly I think that is how older items were shrinkwrapped and it doesnt seem to be a flaw perse. But I don't know. Please see all pictures and judge this rare item for yourself
