Description: Rare Standard Brewing Co Bottling Department Baltimore Blob Top Beer Bottle Aqua blob top beer bottle. Embossed in a round slug plate STANDARD BREWING CO BOTTLING DEPT BALTIMORE, MD. Tooled Baltimore loop seal type blob lip. Listed as rare in the book Baltimore Pre-prohibition Breweries & Bottlers by Gregory Franklin 2019. Condition is dug with patchy internal staining. There is an open bubble on the left hand side of the slug plate and an open bubble with small bruise on the side of the lip, and one heavier scratch on the front shoulder above the slug plate. Otherwise no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 2 3/4 inches wide x 9 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. GX
