Description: for sale here is an excellent and totally unused hardy gold sovereign 5/6/7 trout fly fishing reel , 3" size , rear drag , rear on/off check slider , double sided lineguard , reverse taper rosewood handle , 2 screw spool release with gold cover , early 3 row perforated spool , if you know about sovereigns then you will know some of the early ones were stamped too hard and had very very faint hairlines either side of the top logo , those hairlines are NOT present on this one and its absolutely perfect as it left the factory.. early issue no. 094 .comes with original hardy box , original fleece lined pouch and paper instructions , ....all fully checked and serviced etc..cracking reel this one.. please see my other listings of hardy and other vintage fishing items this week... if you buy a reel from me , you can be sure it has been through my workshop , lines removed , fully cleaned and serviced and any worn or damaged parts replaced with new ones , so no loose handles , no chewed up screws , no spool wobble or spindle wear , no bent or filed feet , no worn pawls , no loose rivets or missing parts , good tight springs and always described exactly as i see it , i do all the hard work so you dont have to worry about getting an inferior reel obviously the more vintage reels may have little flaws such as worn screw heads or paint wear or scratches etc but all items will be fully photographed and described correctly , if you are unsure then please contact me..
