Description: Highly underrated, long misunderstood model; The Vacheron Constantin Phidias. Within the lineage of the 222 and the oversees, an integrated bracelet adorned masterpiece which bridges the gap between sport watch, dress and something more design oriented and daring. This watch stands out in its understated elegance, nonchalantly powered by a highly regarded, in-house ultra-thin automatic movement (cal. 1130). This specific reference here, is quite rare, given its factory gem-setting; throughout the bezel as well as on the clean linen/champagne dial in the form of hour markers. The bracelet length is 7.3" and is comprised of removable links. All is 18k gold. This example appears to be in an unpolished condition. It shows some wear in the form of light scratches, however no large dents are apparent. This is a small chip in the sapphire crystal--between the 9 o'clock marker and the center of the dial--which is only visible upon up close inspection.
