Description: Extremely rare blank CALIF🌅RNIA Golden State license plate that was never stamped or sprayed with clear coat. This is a flat piece of aluminum with only the original 3M reflective sticker applied on top of it. See pictures closely for any flaws. This was supposed to become a license plate but never became one! Golden State plates were issued between December 1982 and late 1987, and this one is dated April 24, 1984, according to the handwriting on the back. The sticker has some tears in it, as seen in the picture. Would make an amazing addition to the serious plate connoisseur's collection.
