Description: Rare Vintage Katherine's Collection Santa Music Box----New with tags. Hand crank music box plays Silent Night. The box is made of gold metal with beautifully raised designs on the 4 sides and top. The bottom is plain gold with no design. The Santa head peeks out of the box and is carefully sculpted resin with fuzzy beard and hair which appear to be some type of fleece. The collar and hat of the figure is made of black and silver patterned fabric accented with black, gold and red patterned trim. Under the collar is a burgundy satin piece of fabric with the Wayne Kleski embroidered tag sewn in. The detailing is iconic Wayne Kleski and very rich and elegant. The music box itself has a lovely sound that is produced by turning the crank. There is some shop wear on the tag on the bottom of the box which says "Silent Night" but it is not integral to the piece. Inventory from a beloved neighborhood shop whose owner retired in 2002 after 23 wonderful years. These carefully stored treasures are now ready to be shared and enjoyed.
