Description: This holster, with the seldom found makers mark “A. WILLIAMS & CO. ALPINE, TEX” is very rare. The holster holds the Colt Single Action 5 1/2” very nicely and has the bump outs to match. The leather stitching is firmly attached with no loose threads. The leather is in good condition with some wear at the bottom from carrying the Colt Single Action. The holster was originally made to wear inside the pants. Someone cut slits in the top so that they could wear it on their belt. The original clip is firmly attached and looks operational.
